Interview Workflow Capture
During the client interview phase one of our specialized BizUpConsultants who is an expert in your industry will walk with you through an interactive information gathering session where a value generating workflow is captured. Areas of focus are discussed and the existing flow is captured, bottlenecks and redundancies are identified, flow efficiency is calculated, analysis and redesign prototype is created and initial implementation plan is defined.

As workflows are captured a matrix is created where workflows that would benefit the most from a refactoring effort will be captured. existing Tech Stack is captured and a new Tech Stack is recommended with (New Technologies, Automation, AI ), Identified waste in $ is calculated, Savings in $ will be presented

Strategy & Roadmap of Implementation
1. Individual workflows are aggregated into 5 different categories, 15 different types of workflows and clear areas within each workflow are identified. How to improve each workflow with behaviors, process technologies and tools are identified and aligned to the strategy, training/change activities, the risks, all are updated in to a comprehensive implementation roadmap
2. This implementation roadmap for improvements is now merged into the strategy of the organization going forward and will be integrated into the transformation adoption plan.
3. Review all the plans for all workflows and portfolios and create that strategy training/change activities roadmap that also addresses the risks
